Salary: $168,320–$252,480 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead a finance systems team of approximately 2–3 employees and contingent workers.
• Own the multi-year finance systems vision and roadmap, balancing strategic modernization with near-term business value.
• Oversee design, development, implementation, and optimization across NetSuite ERP, NSPB, RevPro, Concur, and related integrations.
• Define reliable finance data flows between NetSuite, Salesforce, Snowflake, and other enterprise platforms.
• Partner with Finance, Business Applications, Data & Analytics, Engineering, Sales, Operations, and Product stakeholders.
• Strengthen system reliability, security, governance, auditability, controls, and vendor relationships.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience with enterprise finance systems, business applications, or similar functions.
• 5+ years of people management experience, including leadership of technical or engineering teams.
• Expert-level experience with NetSuite ERP and NetSuite Planning & Budgeting.
• Working knowledge of Salesforce CRM and Billing, Snowflake, cloud data warehouses, and middleware or iPaaS tools such as Workato, MuleSoft, or Boomi.
• Experience with modern SDLC practices, agile delivery, cross-functional initiatives, roadmap execution, and financial compliance or SOX controls.
• Experience in SaaS, technology, or digitally driven businesses.
