Location: Hybrid; must be based in the US and work from an hirify.global office (e.g., Mountain View, CA or San Francisco, CA) at least 3 days per week

Salary: $216,000 - $280,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead the technical vision and engineering of the core ERP platform, optimizing architectures for Finance, P2P, O2C, R2R, and MRP.
• Design and build API-driven middleware, data workflows, and system integrations between ERP, banking, and supply chain networks.
• Define and execute the strategy for AI adoption to replace manual tasks with AI-powered workflows and internal agents.
• Architect governance frameworks and IT General Controls (ITGCs) to ensure SOX compliance and auditability.
• Establish Master Data Management (MDM) strategies to ensure financial data integrity and real-time analytics.
• Partner with Finance, Sourcing, Operations, and Security leaders to translate technical roadmaps into business outcomes.

Requirements

• 14+ years of experience in ERP platforms and solutions engineering, with 6+ years in leadership roles.
• Hands-on architectural mastery of cloud ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, Oracle, SAP), including database schemas and backend logic.
• Deep technical expertise in corporate finance workflows, revenue recognition, and manufacturing resource planning.
• Proven experience in public-company environments with mastery of SOX compliance and system auditing.
• Ability to map complex global data flows and unify disparate SaaS tools into a coherent operational backbone.
• Must be authorized to work lawfully in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience designing, building, or deploying Agentic AI automation.
• Track record of architecting multi-platform financial ecosystems from scratch.
