What you will do

• Act as primary liaison translating business requirements into technical specs for application projects, collaborating with users, stakeholders, and IT.
• Gather and document business requirements, author BRDs, and partner with development teams for effective solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain Rapid Response resources to enable data-driven decisions.
• Lead automation of manual workflows into scalable solutions and identify process improvements.
• Deliver digital transformation projects aligned with scope, quality, budget, and timelines.
• Present complex topics to senior management including Directors and VPs.

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering or related OR equivalent experience.
• 8+ years in business analysis or process engineering with Rapid Response authoring and support.
• 8+ years with ERP systems and Requirements Planning; Oracle Fusion Cloud experience a plus.
• 2+ years in large-scale project implementations.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills; experience in presentations to executives.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AI tools and implementing AI projects.
• Experience with PLM systems like Team Center.
• Data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
