TL;DR

Location: Remote (US). Must have working knowledge of US employment law.

What you will do

• Provide HR consultation and support managers on policies, onboarding, compensation programs, and performance management.
• Handle employee inquiries and employment-related issues in a timely, fair, and confidential manner according to legal requirements.
• Assess employee succession and development needs, recommending coaching and training solutions.
• Partner with go-to-market (GTM) and business leaders on organization design and workforce planning.
• Manage regional HR projects, including M&A integration work and corporate HR initiatives across the Americas.
• Utilize generative AI tools to automate routine HR tasks, summarize data, and inform recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• 5–8 years of progressive experience as an HRBP or HR generalist within the software or SaaS industry.
• Working knowledge of US employment law and HR compliance requirements.
• Proficiency with MS Office (especially Excel) and experience with HRIS systems.
• Business fluency in English.
• Ability to travel occasionally (<10% of the time) for regional meetings.

Nice to have

• Experience partnering specifically with GTM teams (Sales, Marketing, Customer Success).
• Professional HR certifications such as SHRM-SCP or SPHR.
• Experience managing US immigration processes or M&A integration in private-equity backed companies.
• Experience using UKG HR systems.
