What you will do

• Serve as a strategic advisor to executive team members, providing guidance on organizational design and leadership development.
• Translate business priorities and workforce data into practical people plans to support growth and organizational health.
• Partner with HR Centers of Excellence in compensation, benefits, and talent acquisition to enhance employee engagement and performance.
• Lead organizational design initiatives, including managing spans and layers and driving workforce planning.
• Manage annual business processes, including performance reviews, compensation cycles, and talent assessments.
• Develop and implement an AI-forward HR business strategy to scale and optimize business operations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a related field.
• 6–8 years of progressive HR experience, specifically as an HR Business Partner.
• Experience supporting functions within a SaaS, technology, or consulting company.
• Proven track record in organizational design, workforce management, and talent management.
• Ability to use qualitative and quantitative data to diagnose issues and recommend practical solutions.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid (3 days onsite) in Addison, Texas.

Nice to have

• Prior experience working for a Private Equity-backed company.
• Experience utilizing AI to enhance productivity and automate day-to-day HR workflows.
