HR Business Partner (Tech)

Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 USD

What you will do

• Serve as the primary HR contact for all US employees and managers.
• Coach leadership on performance management, team structuring, and complex employee relations.
• Own recruiting support for open US and global roles, including sourcing and agency management.
• Administer US employee benefits (health, 401(k), PTO) in partnership with PEO providers.
• Ensure strict compliance with US multi-state employment laws.
• Design and implement employee well-being, engagement, and onboarding/offboarding programs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience as an HRBP or Talent Acquisition Partner within fast-growing tech startups.
• Solid working knowledge of US multi-state employment law and compliance.
• Hands-on experience administering benefits and 401(k) plans through PEO platforms.
• Strong track record in candidate sourcing and using modern ATS tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal English (C1+) to serve as the primary regional contact.

Nice to have

• Prior experience in a globally distributed startup environment.
• Hands-on familiarity with HiBob HRIS.
• Background in integrating AI tools into HR workflows and data analytics.
