Location: Remote (Must be based in the USA)

Salary: $52,000 – $56,000 annually

What you will do

• Handle inbound customer cancellation calls to retain users and reduce churn.
• Perform daily outbound calls to resolve failed subscription payments.
• Provide proactive support and active listening to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Consult customers on best practices for protecting their online identity.
• Identify retention and upsell opportunities by aligning security solutions with unique customer needs.
• Stay updated on industry best practices to serve as a trusted resource for users.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA.
• 1-2 years of experience in sales or retention meeting/exceeding performance metrics.
• Strong communication skills and a naturally engaging personality.
• Self-motivated approach to achieving professional goals.
• Ability to think quickly and creatively to solve customer needs.
• Ability to work the specified schedule: 9am - 6pm MT (including Saturdays).
