What you will do

• Execute event activations, including space walk-throughs, production requirements, catering, staffing, and ticketing.
• Provide comprehensive administrative support, managing correspondence, travel, schedules, and departmental expenses.
• Maintain active event files and track contract progress, ticket sales, and production logistics on a daily basis.
• Manage external outreach and maintain relationships with promoters, artist representatives, and producers.
• Partner with Legal and Finance departments to navigate all stages of contractual negotiations.
• Maintain venue calendars and report attendance and revenue figures to relevant trade publications.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in the live event space (2+ years preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills for interacting with all levels of management.
• Proven project management and problem-solving abilities.
• Must be based in Las Vegas, NV.
• Flexibility to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
