What you will do

• Conduct outreach to territory managers and sales reps within strategic partnerships like Home Depot and Sherwin Williams.
• Support existing partners by creating go-to-market assets and providing in-depth training.
• Manage the end-to-end enrollment process for strategic partners to achieve team goals.
• Coordinate and attend in-person business development events in collaboration with the marketing team.
• Align cross-functionally with Sales and Events departments to ensure an optimal partner experience.
• Troubleshoot partner issues using product knowledge and innovate on existing processes.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in franchise, partnership, or enterprise sales.
• Hands-on experience with CRM software, specifically Salesforce.
• Proven track record of high-volume outreach to partner employees.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional work experience.
• Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to improve workflows and enhance outputs.
• Must be based in the United States.
