What you will do

• Manage and cultivate strategic relationships with National and Network Partner agencies, focusing on executive leadership.
• Achieve and exceed established premium production and growth objectives.
• Analyze account performance, sales trends, and competitor activity to optimize growth.
• Mentor team members by sharing best practices and providing coaching during business planning.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, agency meetings, and association events.
• Lead special projects to support distribution strategy and operational excellence.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in admitted insurance underwriting, business development, or sales.
• Must have US Work Authorization; no visa sponsorship provided.
• Ability to travel 25-50% of the time.
• Proficiency with AI capabilities, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and presentation aptitude.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
