What you will do

• Conduct agile mixed-methods research, including usability testing, interviews, and ethnographic studies.
• Develop and maintain user personas and journey maps to guide product development.
• Integrate iterative testing and feedback loops within the agile development cycle.
• Analyze user data to identify patterns and synthesize findings into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with product managers and designers to align user needs with business goals.
• Mentor and coach junior researchers to grow their skillsets.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of experience in mixed-methods research.
• Proficiency in diverse research methods (interviews, surveys, behavioral analysis, card sorting, etc.).
• Proven ability to incorporate AI tools to accelerate analysis and automate tasks.
• Strong communication skills for building narratives that influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience tackling complex problem areas with a diverse project portfolio.

Nice to have

• Experience in prototype development to support cross-functional partners.
• Background in hyper-growth startup environments.
