What you will do

• Plan and execute formative research including discovery interviews, field studies, and jobs-to-be-done analysis.
• Conduct validation research such as usability and concept testing to pressure-test designs.
• Partner with outbound and customer-facing teams to recruit participants and maintain ongoing customer feedback loops.
• Synthesize insights from AI implementation teams and Forward Deployed Engineers into actionable UX improvements.
• Build and maintain lightweight, repeatable research practices and insight repositories.
• Champion research rigor while maintaining startup speed and delivering impactful recommendations.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of UX research experience, preferably in B2B or enterprise SaaS environments.
• Strong command of both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Proven experience researching with enterprise users and buyers.
• Ability to scope, manage, and drive research projects independently from end to end.
• Excellent synthesis and storytelling skills to influence product and design decisions.
• Comfort with technical ambiguity and a strong curiosity about enterprise AI adoption.
