Salary: $35–$38/hourly (approx. $72,800–$79,040 annually)

What you will do

• Plan and execute end-to-end user research studies using qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Conduct usability studies, interviews, surveys, and benchmark research.
• Analyze findings to provide clear, actionable recommendations for product stakeholders.
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers throughout the development lifecycle.
• Evaluate user experiences to improve usability, accessibility, and customer satisfaction.
• Leverage AI tools to enhance research productivity while ensuring output quality.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to commute to Redmond, WA for 1-2 days per week onsite.
• Bachelor's, Master's, or PhD in HCI, Psychology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in UX or usability research.
• Proficiency in both qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
• Strong analytical and communication skills for presenting findings to stakeholders.
• Experience using AI tools to support research workflows.

• Experience researching AI-powered products or intelligent user experiences.
• Familiarity with usability metrics and competitive analysis.
