What you will do

• Craft rational, elegant, and intuitive interfaces for specific product areas.
• Own the product copy and written content within all designs.
• Influence strategic vision, planning, and the product roadmap.
• Develop and maintain the company's design system to ensure consistency and usability.
• Create extensive documentation in Notion and Figma to support an asynchronous, international culture.
• Integrate AI tools into the research, prototyping, and iteration workflow.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience.
• Experience working at a startup or fast-moving product company.
• A portfolio demonstrating functional, simple, and delightful user interfaces.
• Proven experience building and improving design systems.
• Must be based in the Americas.
• Experience using AI prototyping tools such as v0, Claude, or Cursor.
