What you will do
- Own end-to-end research initiatives to inform product strategy and design.
- Identify knowledge gaps and prioritize opportunities for impactful research in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Plan and conduct qualitative and quantitative studies, including usability tests and in-depth interviews.
- Triangulate insights from user research, product usage, and market signals to surface meaningful patterns.
- Distill complex data into compelling stories for teams and executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate on evolving the research practice and embedding user-centered thinking across the organization.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UX research, ideally in Enterprise SaaS or technical platform environments.
- Proven ability to own research projects from scoping through execution and analysis.
- Strong synthesis and storytelling skills to make insights resonate with diverse audiences.
- Experience with early-stage generative research and iterative usability testing.
- Comfort working in ambiguous problem spaces with a bias toward action.
- Must be based in the United States.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s or advanced degree in HCI, Psychology, Computer Science, or a similar field.
- Experience working on AI products and understanding their interaction implications.
- Familiarity with design thinking frameworks, usability evaluation, and A/B testing.
- Interest in leading and growing a small UXR team.
