Salary: $125,000 – $165,000 per year + Equity

What you will do

• Own end-to-end design for high-impact product areas from early concept through polished execution.
• Define new interaction patterns for agentic and AI-powered experiences where AI is a participant in the product.
• Create prototypes and test ideas at various fidelity levels to validate design decisions quickly.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to align on goals and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Contribute to the design system to ensure consistency and scalability across the platform.
• Communicate design decisions clearly and actively participate in design critiques.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, preferably shipping complex features for a SaaS product.
• Strong interaction and visual design skills across desktop, mobile, and emerging AI surfaces.
• Expertise in user-centered design principles and high-fidelity prototyping.
• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product managers and engineers.
• Knowledge of accessibility best practices and inclusive design principles.
• Must be permanently and currently based in the USA.
