What you will do

• Own the GTM onboarding program end-to-end, including design, sequencing, and continuous iteration.
• Design and deliver learning solutions for AE, AM, and CS roles, embedding Value Selling as the core methodology.
• Lead field preparation for product launches and process changes through certifications and reinforcement programs.
• Create and maintain core GTM content, including handbooks, plays, and onboarding materials.
• Partner with Sales, CS, and Product stakeholders to translate business priorities into enablement programs.
• Analyze performance data using Gong, Highspot, and Workday Learning to identify gaps and drive improvement.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience in learning, enablement, or GTM roles, ideally within a SaaS environment.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Experience applying instructional or performance-based learning principles.
• Proficiency with GTM technologies such as Gong, Highspot, Salesforce, or Workday Learning.
• Proven track record of leading enablement through organizational changes and product launches.
• Strong narrative and storytelling skills for coaching value-based customer conversations.
