Overview
Sales Executive role focused on selling Claim Management solutions and developing a network of affiliated healthcare providers. Requires strong knowledge of insurance-healthcare dynamics and B2B sales experience.
What you will do
- Conduct solution selling and present offerings to clinics, hospitals, and insurance companies.
- Manage full sales cycle: prospecting, presentations, negotiation, and closing.
- Develop and manage the affiliated healthcare network.
- Negotiate with clinical and insurance stakeholders to promote solution adoption.
- Collaborate with product team to improve offerings based on market feedback.
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years B2B sales or clinical network management experience in insurance sector
- Deep knowledge of claim management processes
- Active network in affiliated clinics sector
- Strong commercial orientation and negotiation skills
- Native Italian speaker and English level B1+
- Degree in Economics, Engineering or similar
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS or healthtech
- Experience in hybrid sales and network management roles
- Autonomy and proactivity in managing complex projects
