What you will do

• Research the market to identify stakeholders and generate interest in the platform.
• Conduct proactive outbound outreach via phone, email, and face-to-face visits, spending over 70% of time on partner acquisition.
• Perform field visits 2 days a week to meet potential partners and open store profiles in the app.
• Train and advise new partners on using the app to optimize food waste solutions.
• Work toward weekly and monthly targets and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Growth departments to maximize results.

Requirements

• Initial experience in sales, specifically in cold acquisition.
• Strong communication skills for email, phone, and face-to-face interaction.
• Fluent Italian and a good command of spoken and written English.
• Based in or near Bologna or Modena.
• Willingness to travel is essential; owning a vehicle is beneficial.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Salesforce.
• Previous experience in the food sector.
