What you will do

  • Target, pitch, and close enterprise-level partnerships to expand hirify.global’s presence in key industries;
  • Build and own relationships with CEOs, CMOs, CFOs, and senior stakeholders as their trusted advisor;
  • Design sales plans, negotiate contracts, and guide deals from inception to close;
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success teams to drive client success;
  • Leverage CRM (Hubspot) and data analytics to track progress, share insights, and exceed sales targets.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in enterprise sales, ideally in Payments, Fintech, or eCommerce;
  • Proven track record of closing global deals and exceeding targets in industries like Fashion, Beauty, Electronics;
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication skills, and adherence to a sales methodology (MEDDIC is a plus);
  • Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and disciplined sales approach;
  • Proficiency in CRM and analytics tools (Hubspot experience is a bonus).
