What you will do
- Drive growth of Wellz mental health solution in Italy leveraging 's brand.
- Build relationships with HR, People, and Benefits leaders as a trusted partner.
- Own full sales cycle from prospecting to closing with marketing support.
- Identify new opportunities, maintain pipeline, and deliver consultative sales experiences.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and other teams for seamless client onboarding.
- Share Italian market insights to refine positioning and strategy.
Requirements
- 3+ years in B2B sales; SaaS, HR/People/Benefits sales is a plus (mandatory: B2B sales and full sales cycle experience)
- Proactive, curious, enjoy opening conversations and consultative selling.
- Thrive in dynamic high-growth environments with ownership and team collaboration.
- Interest in wellbeing, mental health, or HR topics.
- Native or fluent Italian and confident in English
Nice to have
- Experience selling to HR/People/Benefits teams in SaaS.
