What you will do
- Identify, evaluate, and nurture client opportunities coming from partners to accelerate growth.
- Build and strengthen relationships with prospective partners and key stakeholders across various departments.
- Develop impactful partnership strategies and account plans to exceed growth objectives.
- Conduct frequent on-site visits to partners throughout the Northeast Italy region.
- Engage and negotiate with C-Suite and VP-level executives to establish high-level agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SDRs, Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience.
Requirements
- Proficient level of Italian and professional English are required.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Account Executive.
- Proven track record in negotiation, managing, and successfully closing deals.
- Experience in forecasting and pipeline management with strong critical communication skills.
- Tech-savvy mindset and a passion for digital innovation.
- Must be based in Padua or Milan, Italy.
