What you will do

  • Identify, evaluate, and nurture client opportunities coming from partners to accelerate growth.
  • Build and strengthen relationships with prospective partners and key stakeholders across various departments.
  • Develop impactful partnership strategies and account plans to exceed growth objectives.
  • Conduct frequent on-site visits to partners throughout the Northeast Italy region.
  • Engage and negotiate with C-Suite and VP-level executives to establish high-level agreements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including SDRs, Product, Marketing, and Customer Experience.

Requirements

  • Proficient level of Italian and professional English are required.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a Sales Account Executive.
  • Proven track record in negotiation, managing, and successfully closing deals.
  • Experience in forecasting and pipeline management with strong critical communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy mindset and a passion for digital innovation.
  • Must be based in Padua or Milan, Italy.
