What you will do

• Own key product areas related to scaling internal agency operations and carrier contracting.
• Collaborate with engineering and design to define product specifications and ship high-quality features.
• Maintain a tight feedback loop with the operations team to optimize personas, workflows, and success metrics.
• Conduct user interviews and analyze product usage to identify high-impact growth opportunities.
• Act as a subject matter expert to ensure alignment between internal tools and the broader product strategy.
• Bring clarity and structure to ambiguous problems and complex operational workstreams.

Requirements

• Proven track record of managing a successful product domain, preferably in B2B SaaS or platform products.
• Ability to write clear product specifications and balance scrappy execution with rigorous planning.
• Proficiency in using data (dashboards, SQL) to inform product decisions.
• Experience leading products through multiple launch cycles and iterating based on measured impact.
• All work must be conducted from an approved location within the United States.
