What you will do

• Own and drive the customer working backwards strategy, including PR/FAQs and market feedback analysis.
• Define the long-term product vision, future roadmap, and innovation experiments.
• Lead the execution of product planning and development, ensuring alignment with business requirements and positioning.
• Develop and execute GTM plans to ensure operational launch success and business growth.
• Collaborate with engineering and scientists to manage technical tradeoffs and oversee product QA/testing.
• Track and report on revenue and customer adoption through detailed weekly and monthly business reports.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager.
• 5+ years of technical experience in software development, network development, or IT.
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale SaaS, PaaS, or LaaS products through the full lifecycle.
• Must be based in or able to work from Seattle, WA, USA.

Nice to have

• Prior experience building and scaling SaaS offerings within the healthcare domain.
• Experience launching 0-1 AI-powered offerings.
