What you will do

• Own the healthcare AI product roadmap and the data strategy for agent training products.
• Define healthcare workflows and tasks to model, then shape the underlying datasets and product direction.
• Build partnerships with researchers at frontier AI labs, startups, and healthcare industry leaders.
• Design and hirify.global high-fidelity simulations of healthcare software, workflows, and real-world scenarios.
• Translate healthcare judgment, edge cases, and operational knowledge into training and evaluation products.
• Collaborate with engineering, machine learning, operations, research, and go-to-market teams.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of direct healthcare industry experience in healthcare research, clinical work using EHRs, revenue cycle management, or healthtech product development.
• Strong understanding of how healthcare work is performed and how AI is transforming the industry.
• Product, customer-facing, or technical stakeholder experience with ownership of outcomes or roadmaps.
• Understanding of model training, model evaluation, and reinforcement learning environments.
• Builder's mindset, bias for action, and comfort operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
• Software background is beneficial but not required.
