What you will do

• Define and evolve the annual global partner strategy and program aligned with growth objectives.
• Design and scale global partner programs to drive partner-sourced and influenced revenue.
• Manage annual partner tiering, segmentation frameworks, and KPI setting.
• Design and optimize the global partner incentive strategy, including rebates and SPIFFs.
• Lead the global virtual partner support center based in Manila.
• Own the strategic vision for the partner portal, incorporating AI-powered features and self-service capabilities.

Requirements

• 15+ years of senior leadership experience in global partnerships or alliances within enterprise technology.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Proven track record of designing and executing global partner programs.
• Experience with hyperscaler marketplaces (AWS, Microsoft, Google Cloud).
• Familiarity with Salesforce and partner tools like Partner Stack.
• Must be based in the US; ability to travel to Manila and other locations several times per year.
