Location: Hybrid (San Mateo, CA, USA) - onsite expectations 3x/week (Tues-Thurs)

Salary: $150,000 - $190,000

What you will do

• Serve as the primary FP&A business partner to Product & Engineering leaders to drive informed business decisions.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning, linking headcount and investments to the financial plan.
• Build financial models and scenario analyses to evaluate resource allocation and new business opportunities.
• Analyze operational performance and trends to provide actionable recommendations to leadership.
• Develop reporting dashboards for visibility into budgets and key business drivers.
• Partner with Accounting during monthly close processes to perform detailed variance analysis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or a related financial role.
• Strong track record as a finance business partner working with senior business leaders.
• Expertise in FP&A fundamentals, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets.
• Must be able to work from the San Mateo, CA headquarters 3 days per week.
