Location: Onsite in Seattle, WA (5 days a week)

Salary: $115,000–$150,000 + 15% target annual bonus

What you will do

• Drive annual budgeting, long-range planning, and rolling forecast cycles across bookings, revenue, and headcount.
• Run scenario planning and sensitivity analyses to inform senior leadership's strategic decisions.
• Support monthly close and BvA reviews through root-cause analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Manage and optimize core SaaS metrics including ARR, NRR, GRR, churn, and CAC/LTV.
• Implement AI, LLMs, and agentic workflows to automate forecasting, variance analysis, and reporting.
• Partner with functional leaders to align resource allocation and investment prioritization with business outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or Engineering.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, Strategic Finance, or Corporate Finance.
• Strong expertise in driver-based financial modeling and three-statement modeling.
• Advanced Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience managing large datasets.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship now or in the future.
• Proven ability to act as a trusted partner to senior leadership and influence cross-functional projects.

Nice to have

• Proficiency in SQL for financial and operational analysis.
• Experience with tools such as Adaptive, Anaplan, Tableau, Power BI, Salesforce, or NetSuite.
• Hands-on experience implementing AI/LLM tools for business productivity.
