What you will do

• Support the monthly close process by preparing reports and tracking deliverables.
• Analyze income statements, balance sheets, and cash flows to identify key business drivers.
• Prepare detailed variance analyses by comparing actual results against forecasts and prior periods.
• Partner with business teams to gather assumptions for semiannual budgeting and monthly rolling forecasts.
• Maintain and optimize financial models and recurring reporting processes to improve scalability.
• Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial presentations for company leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or a similar finance role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements.
• Must be based in the United States.
• High integrity and discretion when handling confidential financial information.

Nice to have

• Experience with three-statement financial modeling.
• Proficiency with enterprise accounting software such as Netsuite.
• Database experience, specifically with SQL.
• Experience with Google Workspace (G Suite).
