Salary: $109,700 – $175,500

What you will do

• Lead and coach software development teams to become self-organized, high-performing, and sustainable.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement by identifying enhancements and facilitating feedback loops.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to ensure alignment of goals and priorities.
• Actively identify and remove roadblocks that hinder team progress.
• Monitor and analyze Agile metrics such as velocity, cycle time, and flow metrics to drive performance.
• Facilitate essential Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in an Agile Software Development environment.
• Subject matter expertise in Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles.
• Location: Must be based in Plano, TX; this is an in-person position.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
