What you will do
- Facilitate sprint ceremonies, including planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coach team members on Agile, Lean, and product development practices to ensure predictable delivery.
- Partner with Product Managers to improve backlog refinement, prioritization, and delivery readiness.
- Collaborate with Engineering leadership to strengthen Agile technical practices and team effectiveness.
- Remove impediments and escalate systemic issues that impact delivery outcomes.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team maturity, quality, and agility.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, Team Agilist, or similar leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, Lean, and XP practices.
- Background working within software product development environments.
- Proven facilitation, coaching, and servant leadership capabilities.
- Experience utilizing Agile metrics and Inspect & Adapt techniques.
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, SaaS, or digital banking sectors.
- Exposure to DevOps practices and CI/CD methodologies.
- Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, SAFe Scrum Master, or PMI-ACP.
- Experience supporting distributed or global teams across multiple locations.
