Salary: $83,400–$155,000

What you will do
- Facilitate core Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Drive Agile 6.0 implementation with a focus on customer-centric planning and continuous discovery.
- Remove delivery impediments and improve sprint predictability and engineering throughput.
- Partner with Product Owners and Engineering leadership to develop data-driven improvement dashboards.
- Promote AI-assisted engineering practices and workflow automation across the incubator.
- Coach teams on flow efficiency, cycle time reduction, and outcome-based measurement.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Scrum Master experience supporting software development teams.
- Certified Scrum Master or equivalent Agile certification.
- Proven experience leading Agile transformations and working with SaaS product development.
- Strong facilitation and coaching skills with experience in globally distributed teams.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Experience with Agile 6.0 and AI-assisted software development.
- Proficiency in Azure DevOps and Jira.
- Background in cloud-native software development or startup/scale-up environments.
