What you will do

• Plan and lead PI Planning, iteration planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Partner with Product Owners to align release and iteration roadmaps and maintain healthy, prioritized backlogs.
• Identify and remove delivery impediments, manage risks, and ensure bottlenecks are visible for rapid resolution.
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles and synchronize delivery with the Agile Release Train and solution goals.
• Facilitate consensus-based decision-making and connect teams with relevant stakeholders.
• Use quantitative and qualitative data to champion continuous improvement and systemic change.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Experience with continuous improvement methods such as Root Cause Analysis, Value Stream Mapping, or Six Sigma.
• Working knowledge of Product Management, Test Driven Development, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with large-scale organizational policies and complex technical system operations.
• Strong teaching, mentoring, facilitation, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
• Ability to present complex information confidently to executive audiences.
