What you will do

• Lead critical Agile ceremonies, including PI Planning, Iteration Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
• Partner with Product Owners to drive prioritized backlogs and release/iteration roadmaps.
• Identify and remove organizational barriers with urgency to ensure speedy responses to bottlenecks.
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles to ensure synchronization with ART and Solution goals.
• Apply disciplined risk management and utilize quantitative/qualitative data for continuous improvement.
• Engage with executive stakeholders to ensure teams have the necessary context and resources.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a large-scale enterprise environment.
• Proven experience with Continuous Improvement methodologies such as Root Cause Analysis or Six Sigma.
• Working knowledge of Product Management, TDD, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exceptional negotiation and communication skills for presenting to executive audiences.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Richmond, VA.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification.
• SAFe Scrum Master (SSM) certification.
• SAFe PO/PM certification.
