What you will do

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and ensure adherence to enterprise standards.
• Coach cross-functional teams to improve maturity and delivery outcomes.
• Identify and remove impediments to maintain predictable delivery flow.
• Manage cross-functional dependencies across multiple teams.
• Partner with Product Owners and Engineering leadership to maximize business value.
• Analyze Agile metrics to drive performance improvements and team effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical or business field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in Agile software development.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum, Agile principles, and Lean practices.
• Expertise in Jira for project management, reporting, and workflow automation.
• Strong facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage dependencies and drive teams toward predictable delivery.

Nice to have

• Agile certifications such as CSM, PSM, or SSM.
• Experience with scaling frameworks like SAFe, LeSS, or Scrum@Scale.
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-based delivery.
• Experience with Agile analytics tools like Jira Align or Azure DevOps.
