What you will do

• Architect and design supportable technical solutions for complex business requirements.
• Develop PeopleSoft customizations using Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Application Packages, and Integration Broker.
• Maintain and enhance existing PeopleSoft applications and custom functionality.
• Triage and debug issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Lead teams, mentor developers, and collaborate with business stakeholders.

Requirements

• 10+ years of PeopleSoft development and support experience.
• Strong experience with PeopleTools, PeopleCode, Application Engine, Integration Broker, Component Interfaces, and SQR.
• Expertise in PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, or Campus Solutions.
• Experience with REST and SOAP web services, API integrations, PeopleSoft upgrades, PUM updates, and migration activities.
• Strong SQL and Oracle database development, troubleshooting, analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of Application Packages, Fluid UI, and Approval Workflow Engine.

Nice to have

• Oracle Cloud integration and modernization experience.
• PeopleSoft Fluid development and mobile-friendly solution experience.
• Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in large enterprise environments.
