What you will do

• Lead design for new zero-to-one product experiences in untapped AI territories.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to identify and prioritize critical user problems.
• Own the end-to-end design process from problem definition and design thinking to tangible Figma prototypes and QA.
• Set the future vision for the product, defining new paradigms for how teams interact with AI.
• Raise the quality bar for typography, spacing, and motion by building and improving design systems.

Requirements

• Portfolio demonstrating exceptional craft and a track record of shipping pixel-perfect work at scale.
• Experience operating in ambiguous, zero-to-one environments under deadline pressure.
• Fluency in design systems and the discipline to maintain consistency across a growing platform.
• Proven ability to partner closely with engineering to protect visual fidelity during implementation.
• English: Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Active integration of AI tools into personal and professional workflows.
