What you will do

• Redesign the design workflow for AI-generated prototypes, defining design as a quality-control, systems-thinking, and refinement layer.
• Build and maintain scalable component libraries, design tokens, patterns, and reusable templates.
• Review AI-generated and PM-built prototypes, translate them into production-ready Figma files, and establish engineering handoff quality gates.
• Evaluate AI-generated React/TypeScript code and help define standards for AI-assisted pull requests, testing, and code review.
• Create prompt templates, review checklists, and design-to-code workflows while training PMs and engineers on effective AI tooling.
• Collaborate with Product, Solutions, Engineering, and leadership to ensure validated prototypes match production output.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, ideally with B2B SaaS or platform products.
• 1–2 years of hands-on experience shipping with AI design and coding tools, including Lovable, v0, Bolt, Figma AI, Cursor, Copilot, Claude, or Junie.
• Strong design systems experience with component libraries, tokens, and patterns at scale.
• Fluency in Figma and the ability to translate rough prototypes into production-ready design files.
• Ability to read and evaluate React/TypeScript code, understand component architecture, and judge whether AI-generated frontend code is production-ready.
• Availability to work in US time zones; strong communication skills and comfort defining new processes in ambiguous environments.
