What you will do

• Lead end-to-end product design across accounts, activation, monetization, permissions, and related platform workflows.
• Design account setup, workspace management, privacy, roles, billing, paywalls, upgrades, credit reporting, localization, and product consumption experiences.
• Apply systems thinking to create consistent experiences across interconnected SaaS capabilities and scalable sharing and permission models.
• Frame ambiguous problems, identify opportunities, influence product roadmaps, and manage design risks.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and business stakeholders from discovery through delivery.
• Use research, data, prototyping, AI-assisted design tools, and coded prototypes to validate and improve solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional Product Design experience with a strong portfolio of complex digital products and end-to-end work.
• Experience designing complex SaaS products, enterprise platforms, or interconnected product ecosystems.
• Strong systems-thinking, problem-solving, communication, and independent decision-making skills.
• Experience with account management, activation, monetization, billing, permissions, roles, or other enterprise platform workflows.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma or equivalent tools, high-fidelity prototyping, and design documentation.
• Advanced written and spoken English required; candidates must be based in Latin America and comfortable working remotely.

Nice to have

• Experience designing AI-powered products or using tools such as Cursor or Claude.
• Experience mentoring designers or working with complex billing, sharing, consumption, or permission models.
