What you will do

• Own end-to-end OMS solution design, integration architecture, and technical delivery leadership.
• Design and configure OMS Order Management Flows, order summary data models, and orchestration item routing.
• Architect integrations connecting OMS to ERP, WMS, tax, and payment gateways such as SAP and Oracle.
• Implement OMS-to-Commerce integrations for both B2C Storefronts and B2B account-based purchasing.
• Lead design workshops, produce technical specifications, and create architecture diagrams for stakeholders.
• Guide developers and configuration teams within an agile (SAFe/Scrum) delivery model.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in the Salesforce ecosystem with 3+ years dedicated to Salesforce Order Management (OMS).
• Led 2 or more full Salesforce OMS implementations from discovery through go-live in a lead or architect role.
• Proven expertise in architecting both B2B and B2C order lifecycles.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, Flow, Platform Events, and APIs (REST, SOAP, Bulk, Composite).
• Deep knowledge of order capture, fulfillment, allocation, invoicing, and returns/RMA processes.
• Location: Based in or available for work in Chicago

Nice to have

• Exposure to Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, or Vlocity.
• Experience with Agentforce or Commerce agents for order servicing.
• Proficiency with Copado or comparable CI/CD deployment tools.
• Industry background in Distribution, Manufacturing, Retail, or CPG.
• Salesforce certifications: OMS Accredited Professional, PD I/II, B2C/B2B Commerce Architect, or Application/System Architect.
