Salary: $100,561 - $145,814

What you will do

• Lead engineering activities from project award through design delivery, construction support, commissioning, and closeout.
• Develop and maintain Basis of Design (BOD) documentation, engineering reviews, and RFIs.
• Review engineering drawings, calculations, specifications, and vendor submittals to ensure quality and compliance.
• Coordinate technical activities with Owners, Engineers of Record (EOR), Construction, and Integrated Supply Chain teams.
• Manage engineering changes, technical risks, and design revisions while providing field support.
• Mentor Engineer I, Engineer II, and CAD Designers through technical guidance and coaching.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering from an ABET-accredited college.
• EIT or FE certification (required or obtainable within one year of hire).
• 4+ years of engineering experience in utility-scale renewable energy, industrial, EPC, or power generation.
• Ability to travel up to 50% to project sites.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable motor vehicle driving record.

• Experience supporting utility-scale renewable energy projects through the entire lifecycle.
• Strong understanding of procurement and commissioning processes.
• Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent projects.
