What you will do

• Lead project phases by managing scope, budgets, task delegation, client interaction, execution, and technical quality.
• Review physical engineering for electric power substations and BESS facilities, including layouts, elevations, grounding, conduit plans, bus sizing, equipment specifications, and bills of materials.
• Perform multidisciplinary coordination, calculations, models, cost estimates, budget reports, proposals, and technical documentation.
• Implement quality assurance procedures and check the work of designers, drafters, and engineers.
• Review submittals for compliance with client and owner specifications, required codes, and standards.
• Train, coach, and mentor junior engineers, designers, and other team members while supporting field inspections and construction supervision when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Civil Engineering Technology from an accredited institution.
• 5+ years of relevant engineering or field experience.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, MathCAD, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills.
• FE or PE licensure is preferred.
• Full-time authorization to work in the United States is required.
