What you will do

• Provide senior-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
• Review project requirements and assist in selecting appropriate products and system designs.
• Act as a technical liaison between the U.S. sales team and the headquarters engineering team in Germany.
• Develop and deliver technical training materials and sales presentations.
• Conduct competitor analysis and provide technical argumentation for product solutions.
• Interface with product management and service teams to ensure technical alignment.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering required.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in renewable energy engineering.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Must be located within the continental United States.
• Strong knowledge of power electronics, power systems design, and solar PV installation.
• Proficiency in English with excellent communication skills.

Nice to have

• Master's degree in electrical or mechanical engineering.
• Experience with PVSyst or similar modeling tools.
• Knowledge of the energy sector in Mexico or Central America.
• Experience with battery storage systems.
