What you will do

• Implement commissioning programs for utility-scale projects, including planning trackers and ensuring compliance with testing procedures.
• Coordinate communication between project teams, contractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.
• Review technical requirements, IFC drawings, and installation manuals for civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical tasks.
• Oversee project-based commissioning personnel and ensure documentation meets agreement requirements.
• Perform quality control inspections, including First Build and Golden Row/Tower reviews.
• Analyze inspection and testing data to identify trends and implement continuous process improvements.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US; company will not sponsor nonimmigrant visas (H-1B, TN, E-3, etc.).
• Availability to travel 50% of the time to various project sites.
• 5-7 years of related experience, preferably in managing commissioning for large utility-scale renewable energy projects.
• Deep knowledge of PV, BESS, Wind, and Substation construction, including SCADA systems and industry codes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract exhibits.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, SharePoint, OneNote).
