What you will do

• Lead consulting engagements to solve complex client problems and deliver measurable outcomes and growth.
• Drive the strategic direction, operations, and performance of the Aerospace & Defense industry segments.
• Identify business opportunities and develop partnerships to expand Capgemini's market presence.
• Shape practice strategy and develop internal teams to ensure operational excellence.
• Manage the delivery of digital engineering transformations across the value chain, from R&D to aftersales.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from Berwyn, PA with availability for 50-75% travel.
• 7+ years of experience in a leading consulting firm or 10+ years in industry roles.
• Proven track record of delivering major engineering and software-related initiatives with measurable impact.
• Strong understanding of PLM, MOM/MES, ERP, and MBSE solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), Model-Based Enterprise (MBE), digital twins, and digital threads.
• Ability to define strategic analyses and provide actionable recommendations for transformation.
