What you will do

• Define and execute the strategic vision and growth strategy for the Procurement Transformation & Advisory practice.
• Advise C-suite executives (CPOs, CFOs, CEOs) on enterprise procurement transformation and digital strategies.
• Lead global procurement transformation programs from strategy through implementation, focusing on Target Operating Model (TOM) design.
• Drive innovation in Generative AI, agentic procurement, and autonomous procurement solutions.
• Own annual sales, revenue, and profitability objectives for the consulting practice.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing team of procurement consulting professionals.

Requirements

• 15+ years of consulting and procurement leadership experience.
• Deep expertise in procurement strategy, TOM design, digital procurement, and AI.
• Proven track record in business development, commercial sales, and scaling consulting offerings.
• Experience leading global technology-enabled change programs.
• Must be based in the USA
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's degree preferred.
