Desktop Support Analyst I (Healthcare)

Location: Must be based in or able to work onsite in Modesto, California

Salary: $22.90 – $28.63 per hour

What you will do

• Field and document service desk tickets related to PC hardware, printers, VoIP phones, and Windows OS.
• Provide 2nd level support for service desk technicians and backup telephone support.
• Install and maintain business software and manage hardware and software deployments.
• Execute monthly security patching and manage cloud application projects.
• Utilize internal and external knowledge bases to resolve technical issues before escalation.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Modesto, California
• 2 to 4 years of experience in desktop support or service desk.
• Comptia A+ or comparable industry-recognized certification.
• ITIL Foundation training.
• 4-year degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Working knowledge of Active Directory, Exchange, and Office 365 admin functions.

Nice to have

• HDI Certifications.
• Office 365 Certification.
• 4+ years of experience in IT.
• Degree in a relevant technical field.
