PEP, Enterprise Analyst L1 (IT Support)

Location: Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey, United States. Onsite five days per week, Friday through Tuesday; later shifts, weekends, and holidays may be required. A suitable home-work environment is also required when working from home is needed.

Salary: USD 65,000–80,000 per year.

What you will do

• Provide first-line IT support by phone, chat, in person, onsite, and through the TechBar.
• Diagnose and resolve workplace technology incidents and break-fix issues.
• Fulfill or triage customer requests and escalate complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain ownership, communication, and responsiveness throughout the support process.
• Deliver customer service while meeting team targets and defined SLA commitments.

Requirements

• Relevant IT support experience.
• Experience with Windows, Mac OS X, Office 365, Active Directory, and mobile device management.
• Awareness of ITIL fundamentals and experience working with SLA targets.
• Ability to work onsite five days per week from Friday through Tuesday.
• Flexible availability for later shifts, weekends, and holidays when needed.
• Willingness to travel when required and ability to work from a quiet home environment with reliable internet when necessary.
