What you will do

• Create interactive learning and certification content using adult learning theory and modern e-learning technologies.
• Partner with subject matter experts to define objectives, design interactions, develop storyboards, and create assessments.
• Analyze AEC customer audiences and program needs to design effective learning experiences.
• Manage assigned projects, documentation, course folders, timelines, and contributor coordination.
• Collaborate with Customer Enablement and Professional Services teams to create and align learning content.
• Research customer needs and ensure the quality of education content.

Requirements

• Knowledge of instructional design principles, trends, course development, and curriculum design.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools, technologies, and platforms.
• Proficiency in essential UX and design principles.
• Proficiency in project management and stakeholder management.
• Ability to define problems, implement solutions, monitor results, and work effectively in changing environments.
• Ability to collaborate across teams while maintaining a customer-first mindset.
