Learning Experience Designer III (AEC)

Base pay: $77,100–$96,400 per year

What you will do

• Create high-quality, interactive learning and certification content using adult learning theory and current learning technologies.
• Work with subject matter experts to gather content, define objectives, design interactions, develop storyboards, and create assessments with minimal oversight.
• Analyze target audiences and program needs to develop learning experiences for AEC customers.
• Collaborate with the Customer Enablement and Professional Services teams on content creation and course alignment.
• Conduct customer research, maintain project documentation and course folders, and ensure the quality of customer education content.
• Apply project management standards to keep contributors on task and keep external teams informed.

Requirements

• Knowledge of instructional design principles and trends.
• Experience with course development and curriculum design.
• Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools, technologies, and platforms.
• Proficiency in essential UX and design principles.
• Proficiency in project management and stakeholder management.
• Developing skills in thought leadership and innovation.
• Resourcefulness, resilience, adaptability, composure under pressure, and the ability to define problems, implement solutions, and monitor results.
• Ability to understand different perspectives and support an inclusive team environment.
