What you will do

• Develop outcome-driven learning solutions across e-learning, virtual, and blended modalities.
• Create high-quality training assets, including videos, job aids, and multi-day curricula.
• Partner with stakeholders and SMEs to identify performance gaps and align training with business goals.
• Define and monitor success metrics (e.g., Kirkpatrick Levels) to optimize learning effectiveness.
• Maintain a centralized inventory of learning assets to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Integrate AI tools to accelerate content development and personalize the learning experience.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, HR, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in instructional or learning experience design.
• Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools (Articulate Rise/Storyline, Vyond, Camtasia).
• Experience in fast-paced operational environments, preferably in healthcare or regulated industries.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory and behavior change strategies.

Nice to have

• Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Experience leveraging AI tools for workflow optimization.
