What you will do

• Lead instructional design projects through the full lifecycle, from analysis and planning to implementation and evaluation.
• Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to identify performance gaps and define learning objectives.
• Develop diverse learning materials, including eLearning courses, storyboards, simulations, and facilitator guides.
• Create engaging ILT, VILT, and self-paced digital experiences to improve learner performance.
• Ensure all solutions comply with Section 508 and WCAG accessibility standards.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while maintaining quality standards and meeting timelines.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in instructional design with expertise in adult learning principles.
• Proficiency with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Lectora, CenarioVR, or Unity.
• Knowledge of Section 508 and WCAG 2.1 AA accessibility standards.
• U.S. citizenship and the ability to successfully complete a federal background investigation.
• Must be based in the continental United States.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting government, military, or public sector learning initiatives.
• An active or recent Secret Clearance.
